New caregivers can earn up to $800 in bonuses, paid out in three stages:

- The caregiver starts working within 7 days of their interview and
- Completes their first shift within that timeframe.
- Our hiring process is quick and automated, making it easy to accept a case and get started.

Payout Terms
To receive each bonus payment, the caregiver must be actively employed at the time of payout.
Bonuses will be processed and paid within 7 days of reaching each milestone.

- Available to newly hired caregivers who start employment on or after February 1, 2025.
- Also available to rehired former caregivers who have not worked for Caresphere since before January 1, 2024.
